Collins has provided custom, scalable solutions and implementation strategy for the NAC since 2013. The improvements will include a host of next-generation technologies including a new common-use passenger processing solution, ARINC cMUSE™, ARINC AirVue™ flight information displays, the ARINC VeriPax™ passenger reconciliation system and the all-in-one Airport Operational Database and Resource Management System, ARINC AirPlan™, now integrated with FlightAware.

Collins solutions are engineered specifically to be highly customizable and flexible, allowing airports to expand and adapt their capabilities to meet evolving needs. Each solution is designed to help the NAC roll out systems to other regional airports, support terminal expansions, modernize existing ones, increase airport resources and meet changing industry standards.

The on-premise ARINC cMUSE solution allows multiple airlines at NAC airports to share check-in desks and boarding gate positions, providing them with more flexibility to manage their residents and resources. ARINC AirVue’s features enable the airports to manage, push and monitor flight information and other content to displays throughout the terminal, enhancing the passenger experience from the curb to the gate.

ARINC VeriPax provides a simple, elegant solution for processing passengers through security, automatically screening them against airline systems for clearance to enter the concourse. With ARINC AirPlan, operators get the real-time visibility they need to manage and mobilize resources and improve scheduling. Fully integrated with FlightAware, ARINC AirPlan users can also utilize its aggregation tools and predictive analytics to enhance decision-making and decrease aircraft turnaround times.

Collins will also provide expert managed services and support to help the NAC further optimize resources, proactively manage IT and reduce costs, utilizing its unique perspective and experience throughout the aviation ecosystem to drive peak efficiency for its long-standing customer.
